Leading analysts Feri EuroRating Services AG and Scope Analysis GmbH agree in their assessment of KGAL’s management quality – KGAL deserves its AA rating, at the least.
Scope Award 2012 "Aviation"
We are proud of winning the Scope Award 2012 in the category "Asset Based Investments - Aviation" for our aircraft funds. In its report, the jury highlighted years of experience and “excellent know-how” relating to aircraft – both at KGAL and at its asset manager GOAL, German Operating Aircraft Leasing GmbH & Co. KG. The jury also gave a special mention to KGAL’s concept of utilising regional aircraft with marketable aircraft types and reputable lessees.
Scope Rating Management Quality
"Excellent quality" – with rating upgraded to AA+. In 2012 Scope Analysis reviewed the rating of KGAL and raised the rating from AA to AA+. The Scope certifies that KGAL is well-positioned for the future. The company shows "excellent stability" and appropriate strategic orientation measures were taken in a difficult market environment. Scope emphasizes the predominantly positive current account data as well as the high quality of support of partners and investors; and, the excellent positioning of the fund and property management. KGAL is rated very high in the central asset categories of real estate and renewable energy; in aircraft the quality is even rated as excellent (Rating AAA). Feri Service Award
The commendation KGAL received in the Feri EuroRating Awards 2012 is further evidence of the quality we offer. In a representative poll of German financial service providers and sales partners we won an award in March 2012 as the issuing house with the best quality of service - for the second time in a row.
Feri Initiators Rating
“Initiator of outstanding quality” – After analysing our corporate structures, market expertise and performance in the areas of products and services Feri EuroRating Services gave us an excellent rating. In June 2011, Feri Initiators Rating again awarded KGAL an AA grade for being a very high quality issuing house. The rating agency had particular praise for the very good product range, the outstanding corporate set-up and the high priority we attach to risk management.
