Transfer of ownership in Fellbach

KGAL concludes contract for the purchase of an office property – KGAL, a leading independent investment and asset manager, has concluded a contract for the acquisition of a multi-tenant office property in Fellbach near Stuttgart. The commercial property is part of an international aligned special AIF for real estate.

This seven-storey office property (including two underground levels) has a rental area of 16,800 m², and has been extensively renovated in the past year. In addition, a new car park with 249 spaces has been built. The main tenants of this building, which is fully leased on a long-term basis, are ANDREAS STIHL AG & Co. KG, SYNLAB GmbH and Deutsche Post Immobilien GmbH. The property is located in the centre of the large district town of Fellbach, which directly borders the dynamic economic centre of Stuttgart. It has excellent transport connections due to its proximity to public transport, motorways and Stuttgart Airport.

Project development and reconstruction work coordination were undertaken by the thallos AG, Tübingen and Stuttgart. The two selling companies were advised by Eurovision Real Estate GmbH, Grünwald.
