The \u201cAward of Excellence\u201d recognises Austria\u2019s most economically successful retail locations from a tenant\u2019s perspective. This year, \u201cShopping Haid\u00e4cker Park\u201d achieved the highest rating of 1.5, placing it at the top of Austria\u2019s retail parks for the second time since 2021. Among shopping malls, the \u201ceo Center \/ eo Park\u201d took second place with a score of 1.84.<\/p>\n

KGAL Asset Management \u00d6sterreich GmbH, headquartered in Vienna, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the KGAL Group. Since 2006, it has been developing, managing, and overseeing a real estate portfolio for institutional investors and retail investment vehicles, with a total value of approximately 1.4 billion euros. KGAL acquired the \u201cShopping Haid\u00e4cker Park\u201d in 2013 as the first property for the institutional real estate fund Austrian Retail Park Portfolio (ARPP). The \u201ceo Center\u201d has been part of the portfolio since 2014 and was expanded in 2022 with the opening of the \u201ceo Park.\u201d<\/p>\n
The ecostra Shopping Center Performance Report Austria (SCPR\u00d6) annually examines the economic performance of Austrian shopping centers from the perspective of their tenants. Fifty-eight retail chains participated in the SCPR\u00d6 2026, providing evaluations of approximately 1,380 of their stores. The portfolio analysed comprised 155 locations, including 96 shopping malls and 59 retail parks.<\/p>\n
