Following a planned 15-year holding period, the “KGAL KETA Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG” property fund has successfully sold the Kölblgasse 8-10 and Hainburger Straße 33 offices, located in Landstraße, Vienna’s third district. This is expected to result in a profit distribution to investors of around 140% of their invested amount.
The offices are located in Landstraße, Vienna’s third district and one of the city’s inner areas, meaning it is close to the centre and offers good transport connections. Kölblgasse is in a residential area. The Asset Management department in Vienna was able to conclude a new long-term lease agreement in respect of the building in Hainburger Straße. The investors had decided to use a bidding process for the sale, and this process was structured by EHL Group, an established independent broker based in Austria that also brokered the buyers. Investors are expected to receive a profit distribution of around 140% of their invested amount.
