A Passion for
innovation

We are genuine pioneers in this field, gathering valuable experience for the benefit of our investors. We want to understand exactly how things work. Then, armed with these insights, we can transform opportunities into products destined for lasting success. Our subsidiaries KNF Beteiligungs-GmbH (KNF) and KGAi GmbH (KGAi) are the starting point for our venture capital and private equity activities.

KNF and KGAi lay the groundwork on behalf of our investors, identifying successful new products in the venture capital and private equity asset classes.

Investment strategy

Innovations and sustainable business models are at the heart of our investment strategy. While this strategy builds on our core activities in real estate, sustainable infrastructure and aviation, it also expands markedly into other fields. Our sharp focus on new manufacturing technologies, smart factories, digitalisation solutions, water treatment as well as the circular economy are examples of this multi-faceted approach. We work with companies from the early stages all the way through to the implementation of scaled solutions.
