Co-Chief Executive Officer
Florian Martin is Co-CEO of KGAL GmbH & Co. KG, responsible for client management, human resources, general counsel, marketing & communications and structuring. He is also a member of the management board of KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co. KG and oversees institutional, retail business as well as open investment funds.
André Zücker
Co-Chief Executive Officer
André Zücker is Co-CEO of KGAL GmbH & Co. KG, responsible for transaction management across all asset classes as well as structured finance and SPV management, legal, research and treasury. He is also managing director of KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co. KG, where he is responsible, among other things, for the Private Equity Desk, and chairman of the board of Trigal, d.o.o. and GOAL German Operating Aircraft Leasing GmbH & Co. KG.
Dr. Martin Schmuck

Dr. Martin Schmuck is Chief Financial Officer at KGAL GmbH & Co. KG, in charge of all financial matters within the KGAL Group, including fund accounting, controlling, group accounting, accounting and taxes. He is also responsible for the areas of audit, compliance and corporate services.
Michael Ebner

Michael Ebner is a member of the management board of KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co. KG in charge of asset, portfolio and performance management across all asset classes. He is also responsible for ESG, audit, compliance and information security at KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co. KG.
Alexander Rietz
Managing Director KGAi & KNF
Alexander Rietz is responsible for the Group’s Principal Investments activities, with a focus on strategic investments and partnerships. He also leads the Innovation Hub, driving the development of innovative fund solutions and investment strategies designed to meet clients’ evolving needs.
Simona Kozjek
Chief Executive Officer Trigal
Simona holds the position of CEO at Trigal and serves as a Board Member of Trigal GP. She has dedicated a significant portion of her career to various roles within Triglav Insurance Company, with her most recent assignment involving a restructuring and real estate project in Nama Company. Additionally, she has provided her expertise as a non-executive director for several Slovenian companies.
Christian Schloemann
Managing Director GOAL
Christian Schloemann is Managing Director at GOAL, responsible for the company’s strategic direction and its aircraft investment and financing activities. He has more than 30 years of experience in aviation leasing and finance and joined GOAL in 2007 after working in KGAL’s aviation division.
Dr. Thomas Schröer
Chief Risk Officer
Dr. Thomas Schröer is member of the management board of KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co. KG. As its Chief Risk Officer (CRO) he is responsible for risk management, vendor management and fund controlling, among others.
