We invest our own capital in the businesses, markets and geographies where we see long-term potential but where an opportunity may not yet be ready or scalable for external investors. KGAL takes the entrepreneurial risk first – building knowledge, testing the model and proving the opportunity.

Fund co-investments & balance-sheet assets
We also invest directly alongside our fund business, through fund co-investments and seed or warehouse positions that support new and existing strategies. By taking investment risk on the same terms as our clients, we put our own conviction behind the strategies we bring to them.
