Managing Director GOAL
Vicente Alava-Pons has more than 30 years of experience in aviation finance and has spent over 21 years working internationally. During his career with DVB Bank and MUFG, he developed new aviation finance markets and products and led teams across APAC and EMEA. Most recently, he focused on debt origination for institutional investors in the alternative lending sector. Earlier, he played a key role in structuring numerous tax-enhanced financing transactions for Lufthansa. Vicente holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Duisburg, Germany. At GOAL Vicente oversees the new business origination and technical management activities of the company and manages the investor base of GOAL in Asia Pacific.
