Grünwald near Munich, 12 October 2026 – KGAL Group has sold an onshore wind portfolio with a total capacity of 73 MW to Enordic Evergreen, the Nordic IPP platform of the Ardian Clean Energy Evergreen Fund. The portfolio was held in a single-investor mandate for a pension fund. The transaction comprises three operational wind farms: Silovuori in northern Finland (26 MW) and Anneberg (11 MW) and Sötterfällan (36 MW) in southern Sweden.

KGAL acquired Silovuori in 2015 and Anneberg and Sötterfällan in late 2017 as part of a single-investor mandate. The assets were acquired during the construction phase. KGAL subsequently oversaw their completion through to grid connection and managed the wind farms throughout the operational phase, including the marketing strategy for the electricity generated. The divestment marks the successful completion of the investment cycle for all three assets.

“The high quality of the three wind farms, KGAL’s extensive operational experience and excellent local partnerships have been key to the success of this investment,” says Stefan Schachner, Portfolio Manager Infrastructure at KGAL. “With the sale to Enordic Evergreen, we are consistently implementing our long-term investment strategy together with the investor and bringing the investment to a successful conclusion.”

KGAL was advised on the transaction by Danske Bank (M&A advisory) and the law firms Vinge (Sweden) and Dittmar & Indrenius (Finland).
