KGAL appoints Andreas Trumpp as new Head of Research

Effective September 15, 2026, Andreas Trumpp FRICS will head the KGAL Group’s research division, focusing on the core asset classes of real estate, sustainable infrastructure, and aviation. He has more than 20 years of experience in real estate market research and strategic market analysis and has worked for Colliers and Savills Investment Management, among others.

In his new role, Andreas Trumpp will further develop the KGAL Group’s research capabilities and serve as an analytical sparring partner to the fund and investment teams.

Before joining KGAL, Andreas Trumpp served as Senior Director and Head of Market Intelligence & Foresight at neoshare AG and its subsidiary PTXRE. Prior to that, he led a research team of 20 analysts at Colliers as Managing Director and Head of Market Intelligence & Foresight. From 2015 to 2022, the real estate expert served as Head of Research & Strategy Europe at Savills Investment Management, where he led an international team.

Andreas Trumpp regularly appears as a speaker and moderator at real estate industry events. In addition, he has been a lecturer at the ADI Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft since 2016 and serves as the volunteer co-director of the Real Estate Market Research Expert Group at gif Gesellschaft für Immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung e. V.
